We generally do not add a travel fee inside our service cities. The prices on this page are the same whether the listing is in South Austin or out in Bastrop, and that holds for the cities on the map below. Not sure about an address? Pricing FAQs

How much does real estate photography cost in Austin?
Our listing packages start at $200 for 25 MLS photos, 3 drone photos, a floor plan schematic and a marketing kit. The mid tier is $450 and adds a 3D tour and a walkthrough video. The full package is $975 and adds a 60 second premium listing video, four virtual twilight and staging images, and community photos. Single services can also be booked on their own, from $125.
Do prices go up with square footage?
For packages, not across the board. They are priced for homes up to about 2,500 square feet, and larger homes are quoted individually because they take longer to shoot and edit. Single photo sets and 3D tours are sized to the home: 20, 30 or 40 photos, and tours up to 2,000, 3,000 or 4,000 square feet.
Can I book a single service instead of a package?
Yes. Every service can be booked on its own. If a property only needs photos, or you only want a 3D tour added to a shoot somebody else did, that is fine. Packages exist because most listings need the same combination and it is cheaper bundled. See single service prices.
What if the property is commercial, land or unusually large?
Land and acreage have their own packages on our Lot and Acreage order form, so you can price and book those yourself. Commercial property has its own quote form, scoped by project size. Unusually large homes are quoted individually, so send us the address and we will scope it.
Is there a travel charge?
Not within our service areas. Travel to the cities we cover is generally included in every package, from Georgetown in the north to Kyle in the south and Bastrop in the east. For any other address, enter it in the booking form and any trip fee is calculated automatically before you confirm.
What is the money back guarantee?
A one week money back guarantee on every package. If the gallery is not what you needed, tell us within a week and we will make it right or refund it. We would rather fix it than refund it, so tell us what is wrong first.
When do I pay?
At booking, through the portal. You get a confirmation immediately along with a prep checklist to forward to the seller.
